How Remote Bookkeeping Works
It starts with a 20–30 minute discovery call by phone or video, where we learn how your business operates, what you use for accounting, and how current your records are. From there we agree on a clear scope and get started.
Day to day, your books live in QuickBooks Online, so you and Patrick see the same numbers. You share bank statements, receipts, and bills through secure, encrypted document sharing. Each month the books are reconciled and your reports are delivered online, with questions handled by email or a scheduled call. Our hours are Pacific time.
